Turning Research into Real World Impact

Climate technology has the potential to reshape our world. But the journey from laboratory to market is rarely straightforward. Researchers face a steep learning curve when it comes to commercialisation, not because their ideas are lacking, but because the skills required to take an innovation to market are rarely taught alongside the science. The CORE12.01 Fellowship exists to close that gap. Over the course of the programme, you will build the knowledge, tools, and connections you need to move your climate technology forward with confidence and a clear plan.

What the Fellowship is Built On

CORE12.01 brings together four leading European organisations to deliver a program that covers every dimension of the commercialisation journey. From protecting your intellectual property to pitching to investors, every element is designed with climate technology researchers in mind.

Expert Led Training

Five specialist modules delivered by practitioners with direct experience in deep tech commercialisation, social innovation, IP strategy, industry engagement, and fundraising.

Your Personal Masterplan

Using RIM, our Innovation Readiness platform, you will build a living commercialisation roadmap driven by KPIs that you set, track, and own throughout the fellowship and beyond.

Coaching, Mentoring, and a Showcase Event

Each fellow receives dedicated coaching on their Masterplan, access to a curated pool of industry mentors, and the opportunity to pitch their innovation at a prestigious European innovation summit.

Designed for Researchers. Delivered by Experts

The CORE12.01 consortium brings together Anthology Ventures, CERTH, EdelGive SIX, and THINGS — four organisations with deep expertise across business development, social innovation, intellectual property, and deep tech commercialisation. Each module is facilitated by people who have worked directly with researchers, investors, and industry partners across Europe and beyond.

You will not just learn in a classroom. You will apply what you learn directly to your own technology, your own goals, and your own route to market.
"The fellowship is not about giving researchers the answers. It is about giving them the tools to find the right ones."
